Friday Afternoon Pottery - Mar. 27–May. 29, 11:30am
This class is great for beginning to advanced students and is customizable to each skill set. Students will learn how to center, open, and throw clay on the pottery wheel as well as various hand building techniques. Instruction will be given to craft such items as bowls, mugs, and vases. Students are encouraged to use open lab time to practice and finish projects. Our classes fill up fast and space is limited, so sign up today!

Campus location: Pottery Studio
Materials: $35 fee due the first day of class, paid to instructor. The fee covers the cost of clay, firings, and glazes. All other basic pottery tools provided.
Student limit: 14 people
Policy: Students must preregister to attend class.

Jeannie has worked as a ceramics teacher for over 4 years at the Open Classroom elementary, and has over 4 years as a studio technician in a high production ceramic school, firing their gas reduction kiln, formulating glazes and teaching adults pottery. She is excited to be part of our team of instructors here at Pioneer Craft House. Jeannie is super passionate about everything ceramics and is eager to share her passion and knowledge with anyone interested! Her personality promotes an easy going, creative and exciting environment in the classroom.
